Job Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps through TNI/TNA in coordination with HODs and Nursing Education.

Program Delivery: Organize and conduct induction, soft skills, technical, and clinical support training programs.

Compliance Training: Ensure mandatory sessions (BLS, ACLS, Fire & Safety, NABH/JCI, Infection Control) are conducted as per hospital requirements.

Evaluation & Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through pre/post tests, feedback, and learning ROI analysis.

Documentation: Maintain training calendars, attendance, MIS, and compliance reports for audits and accreditations.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Nursing, Quality, Operations, and HR for skill enhancement initiatives.

Talent Development: Support leadership programs, career development pathways, and succession planning.
