Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

This role will lead Learning & OD Function for Alwar Site, which include Training & Development initiatives for Staff Level, Talant management, Succession Planning, IDP, HRMIS, Competency Mapping, LMS, Corporate initiatives, Staff PMS, Employee Engagement for All Plant Employees (Staff & Worker Both), Member of Plant ICC (POSH), Involvement with Shop Floor Improvement Initiatives Like : 5S, KIZEN, POKA-YOKE, GEMBA, Quality Circle, Shop Floor Meetings, Plant R&R activities, Pulse Survey, GPTW Framework, RADAR. Will Also Manage Career Path for freshers.
Coordination with Plant & Corporate for all learning Initiatives. Close Connect with Plant Female Employees and Grievance Handling for Female employees including staff & Worker both.

Specific duties and responsibilities:-

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs

2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

4. Conduct training and collect training feedback and give analysis of training feedback

5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

6. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

7. Able to track ROI of training program.

8. Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

9. Any other assignment required to perform your job to solve the purpose of this job.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Full Time MBA-HR

Total exp. – 5-10 years
