Learning and Development

As a Learning and Development manager at Scry AI, an IT Product company, your primary focus will be on assisting employees in enhancing their skills and knowledge to contribute towards the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective learning strategies and programs, evaluating development needs, and utilizing various learning methods such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online training across the organization. Your role will also involve designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, and other training activities, assessing the effectiveness of development plans, and supporting employees in maximizing learning opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in aiding managers in the career development of their team members and monitoring budgets and contract negotiations. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute learning strategies and programs tailored to individual and organizational needs. - Implement diverse learning methods like coaching, job-shadowing, and online training. - Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training initiatives. - Evaluate the success of development plans and assist employees in leveraging learning opportunities. - Support managers in developing their team members through career pathing. - Monitor budgets and engage in contract negotiations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Learning and Development. - Up-to-date knowledge of effective learning and development techniques. - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. - Proficiency in project management and budgeting. - Strong skills in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a keen business acumen. - Capability to establish strong relationships with employees and vendors.,
