Job Summary
HAIMS Ventures LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to support training initiatives focused on communication, performance improvement, and customer engagement across teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Business Administration / Human Resources / Education
Minimum 6 months of experience in training or learning-related roles
Strong English communication skills
Training-related certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, Facilitation, Instructional Design) are preferred
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support training programs related to communication, product knowledge, and performance development
Develop and update training materials and presentations
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
