Key Activities JD Cohorts Governance on interns learning, Learning Progress & Schedule adherence Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated HR professional with 2+ years of experience to join Cognizant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a passion for Training. This role involves managing employee skilling activities and contributing to various other projects to drive organizational success. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes. Oversee employee records and ensure accurate data management using MS Excel. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive experience. Prepare HR reports and presentations using advanced MS Excel skills. Coordinate Proctored Assessments across all stages of learning path & BU SME Evaluation Schedules Manage the BU SME Interim and final evaluations supporting in-person interviews as applicable and required Support location level GenC skilling events and engagement activities
