Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Business Administration / Human Resources / Education Minimum 6 months of experience in training or learning-related roles Strong English communication skills Training-related certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, Facilitation, Instructional Design) are preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver and support training programs related to communication, product knowledge, and performance development Develop and update training materials and presentations Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives Key Skills Communication & presentation skills Training facilitation Content development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work from home Work Location: In person
