Job Title: LeanIX Support Analyst Location: Hyderabad, India / Buenos Aires, Argentina Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5+ years Department: IT / Enterprise Architecture About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LeanIX Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Architecture or IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will support the global LeanIX platform, manage day-to-day operations, resolve user queries, and drive data quality and governance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the maturity and scalability of our application landscape. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day operational support for the LeanIX platform, including user access, data maintenance, and configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or user queries related to LeanIX modules such as Application Portfolio Management, Technology Risk, or SaaS Discovery. Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and IT teams to ensure consistent and accurate data in the LeanIX repository. Perform data quality checks and implement governance processes to maintain data integrity. Support new feature rollouts, version upgrades, and integrations with other systems like ServiceNow, CMDB, or Confluence. Prepare user documentation, guides, and training materials to support adoption. Participate in regular review meetings and generate usage or audit reports as needed. Collaborate with LeanIX vendor support for escalations and platform enhancements. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT application support, enterprise architecture tools, or SaaS platforms. Hands-on experience with LeanIX (preferred) or other EA tools (e.g., Alfabet, Orbus, or Mega). Strong understanding of IT systems, application lifecycle, and data governance principles. Good knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a global support model with stakeholders across different time zones. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Nice to Have: Experience working with ServiceNow, CMDB, or Jira integrations. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Certification in LeanIX or similar EA tools is a plus.
