\ Six Sigma Process Transformation Manager / Process Improvement Manager We are seeking a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner to lead the transformation of our technical support operations. Beyond project execution, this role requires a change agent who can embed Lean principles into daily operations, coach leaders and teams on structured problem-solving, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine statistical rigor with Lean leadership to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer experience. What you will do: Lead and manage Lean or Lean Six Sigma projects to improve process performance Identify areas of waste and inefficiency across departments Facilitate value stream mapping, kaizen events, and 5S initiatives Train and coach staff on Lean principles and tools Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies Develop and implement process improvement strategies Monitor project performance and ensure sustainability of improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvements with business goals Maintain project documentation and report progress to leadership


What we look for: Strong understanding of Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC, statistical analysis) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and presentation abilities Project management and change management expertise Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Familiarity with process mapping and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel)
