Product Knowledge & Sales: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Kalki Fashion’s product offerings, including fabrics, designs, cuts, and customization options. Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of various products, offering detailed explanations of materials, stitching, and design details. Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling complementary items (e.g., accessories, jewelry, shoes). Meet and exceed sales targets by using styling expertise to maximize customer satisfaction and sales volume. Oversee sales and ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales targets. 4. Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the overall visual merchandising and presentation of the store by ensuring that products are displayed in an appealing and accessible manner. Help with setting up in-store displays, ensuring that key collections and new arrivals are highlighted effectively. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that product displays align with Kalki Fashion’s brand identity and aesthetic. 5. Customer Feedback & Market Trends: Collect customer feedback on products and services to help improve the store's offerings and customer experience. Keep the team informed about customer preferences, feedback, and suggestions for improvements. Monitor competitor brands and trends in the ethnic fashion industry to ensure Kalki Fashion remains competitive and relevant. 6. Fitting & Alteration Assistance: Assist customers with trying on garments and provide fit advice to ensure the best possible fit and comfort. Coordinate with the in-store tailoring team to ensure timely alterations and ensure customer satisfaction with final fittings. Provide recommendations for garment care and maintenance to help customers maintain the longevity of their purchases. 7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other fashion consultants and store staff to create a positive, collaborative team environment. Share product knowledge and styling tips with team members to improve collective expertise. Contribute to store goals by supporting other team members during busy periods, offering styling assistance, and helping with sales. 8. Brand Representation: Represent Kalki Fashion with professionalism, upholding the brand’s reputation for quality, luxury, and customer service. Promote the brand’s latest collections, seasonal offers, and special events. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (plus point). Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail fashion consulting, styling, or sales (preferably in ethnic or luxury fashion). Skills: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, ethnic wear, fabrics, and styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
