We’re looking for bold, innovative thinkers who thrive in dynamic environments. If you're a fullstack engineer who obsesses over performance, clean code, and scalable design — let's talk. What You Will Do Design, architect, and develop scalable end-to-end features using Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI, ML integration), and Angular Collaborate closely with product, data science, and design teams to deliver intuitive, intelligent user experiences Own and drive technical decisions — from API design to deployment strategies — with an eye on performance, reliability, and security Lead code reviews, set engineering best practices, and establish a high-quality engineering culture Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments Azure, and system observability Influence product roadmap by bringing deep technical insights to planning conversations What You Will Bring 8+ years of Full-Stack engineering experience; 3+ years in a senior-developer role Using AI tools like Cursor, Devin or Co-pilot to deliver efficiency Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend architecture) Python (especially for microservices, API layers, or ML integration) Angular (RxJS, Material, state management) Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure) Experience working in high-growth, agile environments with fast iteration cycles Ability to balance tech leadership and hands-on coding Bachelor’s degree or higher from IIT or other top- ranked schools What Will Make You Stand Out Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, or MLOps Why You Will Love It Here Engineer Quality at Scale – Build robust Playwright-powered automation frameworks that drive fast, reliable delivery of AI-powered products Impactful Testing – Validate mission-critical SaaS systems used by global leaders in life sciences, aerospace, and beyond Own the Pipeline – Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows and lead quality from code to deployment Automation-First Culture – Thrive in an AI- and automation-obsessed environment where smart tools and innovation are embraced daily What's in it for you?
