Base Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) / Jalandhar (Punjab)
Manage and drive state-level sales operations for Punjab or Rajasthan.
Handle entire distributor network, key partners, and channel expansion.
Lead and mentor a state-wide sales team (ASM/TSI/SE/Promoter teams).
Achieve sales targets, market share growth, and business objectives.
Execute product launches, market activations, and business development plans.
Analyze state market trends and competitor activities to drive strategy.
Ensure strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
Monitor sales performance, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Strengthen brand presence and increase productivity across districts.
Coordinate with HO/regional teams for operations, supply, marketing, and planning.
Must have worked with at least 2 top mobile brands (Samsung, OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, Tecno, Lava, iPhone, etc.).
Should have handled the entire state of Punjab or Rajasthan (current or past).
Strong experience in team handling and distributor management.
Excellent communication and deep knowledge of the mobile handset market.
Prefer candidates from mobile companies or major distributors .
