We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership and Soft Skills Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of facilitation and content creation while contributing to the organization’s growth through business development, people management, and proposal drafting also.

This role demands a professional who is passionate about learning, adept at creating impactful content, and skilled in facilitating workshops.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation & Training:

·  Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions focused on communication, soft skills, professional skills and leadership topics.

·     Ensure impactful delivery tailored to diverse audiences.

·     Ability to use various modalities in facilitation, such as storytelling, drama, music, art, and games.

·     Handle audience queries effectively to ensure impactful learning.

Content Creation:

·     Develop comprehensive training outlines aligned with client requirements and learning objectives.

·     Design and develop customized training content, including presentations, workbooks, and facilitator guides.

·     Continuously update and refine training materials to meet evolving client needs.

Business Development:

·      Support in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships.

·      Assist in creating proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

People Management:

·      Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

·      Support and guide other facilitators and team members.

Administrative Support:

·      Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Slido etc. to create impactful presentations and Ms Excel for reporting and data analysis.

·      Manage schedules, reports, and communication efficiently.
