Job Purpose:
Build capability through structured training programs for retail Franchise staff. Guiding and collaborating with Regional Training Managers for execution of training programmes. Develop, deliver and manage the training process at enterprise level covering all stake holders– both internal and external (Franchisee and his staff).This includes TNI (Training needs identification)/ TNA (Training needs assessment), Programme / content development, Delivery (Vendor appointment, Testing, Piloting and Executing) Assessment and Feedback.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training/ awareness programs for ~500 field team members and ~40,000 franchisee staff, including forecourt salesmen and dealer managers.
- Guide Regional Training Managers to ensure effective training content and coverage.
- Oversee the entire training lifecycle: Need identification, module development, implementation, engagement, certification, and effectiveness measurement.
- Identification, engagement and manage third-party vendors for training delivery for FSMs across regions
- Conduct gap assessments and coordinate with L&D for soft skills and capability-building programs.
- Preparing dashboards and analytics on Training Assessments
- Internal & External Stakeholder management: Connect with Retail functional Heads to understand functional training needs
