Job Purpose:
Build capability through structured training programs for retail Franchise staff. Guiding and collaborating with Regional Training Managers for execution of training programmes. Develop, deliver and manage the training process at enterprise level covering all stake holders- both internal and external (Franchisee and his staff).This includes TNI (Training needs identification)/ TNA (Training needs assessment), Programme / content development, Delivery (Vendor appointment, Testing, Piloting and Executing) Assessment and Feedback.
Qualification MBA/PGDBA
Review training content and vendor selection
Training calendar of Regional Training managers along with Third Party Vendor for FSMs across regions
Training effectiveness reports and improvement suggestions
Vendor bill clearance for training vertical
1 Internal Retail HODs, Regional Heads, Regional Training Managers, State Heads, DMs
2. External Training Vendors and Agencies
.1 Qualification MBA/PGDBA
2. Experience: 15-18 years, Min. 5 years in Oil & Gas Technical training domain is preferred
