About the Role As a Lead Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead the quest to source, attract, and onboard highly skilled technical professionals. You will partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements. Source and attract top technical talent through various channels and platforms. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Manage, mentor, and train a team of technical recruiters. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent. Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing and mentoring a team. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Mandatory Skills Should have experience in handling domestic bulk hiring.
