Job Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP BASIS Developers who are skilled in SAP system administration, performance tuning, and system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing SAP landscapes, including SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, including tuning database and application servers.
• Perform SAP HANA and S/4HANA administration, including backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and integration.
• Implement and maintain security policies, including user administration and role management.
• Troubleshoot system errors and performance issues, providing proactive solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP cloud deployments and migrations.
• Automate and optimize administrative tasks using scripts and SAP tools.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other teams and end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator.
• Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA administration.
• Experience in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of OS administration (Windows/Linux) and database management (HANA, Oracle, SQL).
• Familiarity with SAP security, transport management, and system monitoring.
• Experience working with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve system issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
