About the Role

Senior Technical Architect

bridging business goals with architectural strategy

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership:
Define and govern system architecture for large-scale SaaS and AI-based platforms using microservices, APIs, and event-driven paradigms.
Technology Strategy:
Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, data orchestration, cloud-native design, LLM integrations) and align them with business objectives.
Design & Blueprinting:
Develop detailed architecture documents, data flow diagrams, and integration strategies for applications across ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS environments.
Scalability & Performance:
Architect high-availability systems on AWS/Azure/GCP, with strong focus on cost-efficiency, scalability, and observability.
Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and data teams to translate product vision into a robust technical roadmap.
Governance & Code Quality:
Establish architecture standards, perform design reviews, and guide developers through mentorship and best practices.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure architecture adheres to modern security frameworks, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

Desired Skills & Expertise

Core Expertise:
Strong proficiency in designing cloud-native and distributed systems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proficient in API-first architecture, microservices, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Deep experience with databases — relational (MySQL/Postgres) and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
Familiarity with data integration frameworks (Kafka, Airbyte, MuleSoft, etc.).
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Node.js).
AI/ML & Data Systems (Preferred):
Understanding of AI/LLM integration patterns, vector databases, and data pipelines.
Experience in designing systems that leverage AI agents or ML models for business automation.
Architecture & Delivery:
Proven track record in leading multi-team technical design initiatives.
Experience defining enterprise-grade security, observability, and CI/CD frameworks.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capability.
Experience mentoring teams and influencing technical direction.
