Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Analysis & Design

• Understand current architecture and propose optimized, scalable designs.
• Ensure interoperability across multiple subsystems and technologies.

Modernization & Development

• Lead migration from legacy (.NET, SSIS, scheduled jobs) to modern frameworks (Python, microservices).
• Implement APIs and integration patterns for internal and external applications.

System Thinking

• Design solutions that consider scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize workflows and reduce technical debt.

Leadership & Coordination

• Gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate across teams and track deliverables.

Quality & Compliance

• Enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and security best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in

  Python

  and familiarity with
