Lead Technical Architect

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Customer Success Services (CSS) unit within Oracle's Customer Service Organization, building long-term relationships with customers through service contracts and project-based services. Your role will involve selling a variety of IT services to large Oracle customers and ensuring their mission-critical applications are well-supported. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to maximize the performance of Oracle technology investments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead complex solutions and collaborate with Product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Solution Design - Conduct Customer workshops to understand requirements and identify gaps - Take ownership of solution approach design and lead the Technical Delivery Team - Identify best practices, address customer pain points, and propose suitable solutions - Develop a comprehensive project plan, phased approach, and resource planning for complex migration projects, managing dependencies across multiple products - Serve as a Trusted Adviser for customers" business challenges Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of Experience in cloud technologies, managing implementation and migration projects - Proficiency in Discovery & Analysis, Creating Solution Design & Plans - Demonstrated expertise in leading Large Cloud migrations and Data center migrations - Multi-Domain proficiency in Cloud Infra, Database, Middleware, Applications - Strong Troubleshooting skills in Oracle Products (Database, Middleware, Applications) - Excellent persuasive communication, presentation, documentation, and writing skills Additional Details of the Company: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
