Lead Technical Architect

Location: Chennai, Pune and Bangalore.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced T24 Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with T24 core banking system and possess strong technical skills to design the development and implementation of T24 solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for guiding the technical team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of T24 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design viable technical solutions compatible with business solutions, agreed requirements, contractual obligations and project plans.

Support the Project Manager to prevent scope creep, eliminating the design and delivery of inconsistent solutions, and providing transparency on the entire solution design process.

Ensure that the Technical Consulting and architectural elements of Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) are understood by the Client and adhered to by project team members. Helping the Project Manager to negotiate and agree any specific technical or architectural divergences from TIM with the Client (for example, to incorporate Client-specific methodology and naming standards) and communicate them to project team members.

Coach other Technical Consultants

Provide advice and guidance to the Client on environment management and release control between various pre-live environments.

Define technical solutions for customization and configuration needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed technical definitions.

Configuration of TEMENOS products or interfaces with the products, according to the definitions supplied,

Data migration and related activities.

Master tasks and technical problems on a wide range of complex issues and prove general proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures required to accomplish the job.

Lead the installation of custom enhancements and give final validation on technical set-up and conduct necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered.

Oversee the development and implementation of integration interfaces, APIs, message queues, or other integration technologies.

Qualifications :

Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.

TLC Certified.

Technical experience :

• Must have a broader understanding of T24 TAFJ architecture
• · Strong delivery mindset, customer focus, commitment to results and high-quality standards
• · Experience in a front-end client facing role
• · Knowledge of networking components in enterprise landscape
• · DBA level expertise or knowledge in at least one RDBMS (Oracle/MSSQL/SQL)
• · Good understanding of digital & channel banking application & architecture
• · Good knowledge of middleware components & ESB integration
• · Knowledge of non-Transact products would also be an appreciable skillset
• · Understanding of banking technical infrastructure to support T24 solutions
• · Fully understand of T24 Implementation Methodology
• · Must have good understanding T24 COB (Close of Business)
• · Must have work experience in T24 system performance tuning
