Lead Sales

Role Overview: You will be an energetic and driven Sales Manager/Lead responsible for supporting and optimizing key aspects of the supply chain, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. Your main focus will be to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely availability of inventory across all markets. - Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement. - Liaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues. - Coordinate with product promoters to boost on-ground sales performance. - Track and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel. - Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization. - Contribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies. - Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement. - Benchmark product pricing against competitors. - Recommend data-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
