Assign works to installation team with proper work briefing. Arranging sub-contractor based on the site requirements. Cross verify the dispatch materials received from factory accordance with the work order and material check list. Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues or delays. Update the status of each site to the respective Zonal Managers. Maintain good relationship with the client and update the work progress regularly. Maintain work schedule calendar. Inspect every site regularly. Part payment and final payment collection.
