Job Description

Role: Lead Sales
Location: India (Metro cities preferred Bengaluru, Mumbai) Function: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: CEO Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end sales for the LOS, Scoring Engine, and AI solutions across banks, NBFCs, and fintech. Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise SaaS sales in financial services. Define and drive revenue growth targets in alignment with company goals. Business Development & Pipeline Management Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities with CXO-level stakeholders. Build a robust pipeline of lending institutions with a focus on Loan Against Property, SME lending, and secured lending products. Engage with prospects to demonstrate ROI of AI-first underwriting and decisioning solutions. Client Engagement & Partnerships Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lending workflows, risk processes, and compliance needs. Negotiate and close large enterprise contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, custom AI model development, and integrations. Develop partnerships with ecosystem players (system integrators, credit bureaus, fintech enablers). Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop Track competitive landscape, pricing models, and evolving client requirements. Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous innovation. Key Requirements Experience: 48 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in financial services technology. Strong track record of selling to banks, NBFCs, or fintechs. Prior experience with LOS, LMS, credit scoring, risk tech, or AI-driven financial products is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to build and close enterprise deals (?50 lakhs+ ACV). Strong network with CXOs, risk heads, and digital transformation leaders in BFSI. Excellent understanding of loan origination workflows, credit policies, and underwriting processes. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfort with AI-first technology narratives and ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms. Mindset: Growth-oriented, ambitious, and hands-on with the ability to build a sales function from scratch. Self-driven with strong accountability for results. Passionate about AIs role in reshaping financial services.
