About the Company We are a next-generation AI-first SaaS company transforming financial services in India. Our flagship offering is a Loan Origination System (LOS) for Loan Against Property, complemented by a Risk Scoring Engine with the flexibility for bespoke AI models. We are expanding into AI-powered financial services solutions, enabling banks, NBFCs, and fintech to accelerate growth, reduce risk, and deliver superior customer experiences. Role: Lead Sales Location: India (Metro cities preferred – Bengaluru, Mumbai) Function: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: CEO Key Responsibilities • Sales Strategy & Execution o Own end-to-end sales for the LOS, Scoring Engine, and AI solutions across banks, NBFCs, and fintech. o Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise SaaS sales in financial services. o Define and drive revenue growth targets in alignment with company goals. • Business Development & Pipeline Management o Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities with CXO-level stakeholders. o Build a robust pipeline of lending institutions with a focus on Loan Against Property, SME lending, and secured lending products. o Engage with prospects to demonstrate ROI of AI-first underwriting and decisioning solutions. • Client Engagement & Partnerships o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lending workflows, risk processes, and compliance needs. o Negotiate and close large enterprise contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, custom AI model development, and integrations. o Develop partnerships with ecosystem players (system integrators, credit bureaus, fintech enablers). • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop o Track competitive landscape, pricing models, and evolving client requirements. o Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous innovation. Key Requirements • Experience: o 4–8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in financial services technology. o Strong track record of selling to banks, NBFCs, or fintech's. o Prior experience with LOS, LMS, credit scoring, risk tech, or AI-driven financial products is highly desirable. • Skills & Competencies: o Proven ability to build and close enterprise deals (5 crores + ACV). o Strong network with CXOs, risk heads, and digital transformation leaders in BFSI. o Excellent understanding of loan origination workflows, credit policies, and underwriting processes. o Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. o Comfort with AI-first technology narratives and ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms. • Mindset: o Growth-oriented, ambitious, and hands-on with the ability to build a sales function from scratch. o Self-driven with strong accountability for results. o Passionate about AI’s role in reshaping financial services.
