Full Stack Engineer (React Native & Backend)

We're looking for a capable and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building UI components across mobile & web (or PWA) platforms while also maintaining and optimizing backend services. You'll be joining a project where the backend infrastructure is already in place, but you'll be responsible for both frontend development and backend maintenance.
What You'll Work OnDevelop and maintain a unified codebase using React Native + React Native Web.Implement cross-platform UI/UX while allowing for platform-specific tweaks.Build, fix, and maintain backend APIs and services Debug and resolve issues across the entire application stack Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences across platformsInterpret wireframes and design system docs into high-quality UI componentsEnsure deployment and maintenance of mobile apps to the Play Store and App StoreWhat We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native5+ years overall in development experienceStrong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScriptExperience with backend development and API design/implementationKnowledge of server monitoring tools and performance optimizationExperience building and publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux or equivalent)Comfortable working with native modules (Java/Kotlin; Swift/Objective-C)Familiarity with modern architectural approaches and shared business logic layers.Bonus Points ForExperience with React Native Web.Prior use of Capacitor for bridging web and native apps.Exposure to AWS services and infrastructure.Experience with Go programming language.Experience in multi-platform UI theming and performance optimization.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
