What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and execute test cases for high-quality product delivery.
Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for complete test coverage.
Manage different testing types: functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Conduct demos and presentations for international clients.
Identify, report, and track bugs until resolution.
Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile setup.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in QA (automation + manual).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven expertise in QA strategy design and execution.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
