Profile – Lead Dot Net Developer Experience - 8 to 10 Yrs Location – Indore Mode of working – Onsite Roles & Responsibilities Technical Leadership: ❖ Lead the development, design, and architecture of projects/modules using .NET technologies. ❖ Provide hands-on coding when necessary, ensuring best practices in software development. Team Management: ❖ Manage and mentor a team of 10+ developers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. ❖ Facilitate smooth collaboration between team members and other departments (e.g., QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts). Front-end Integration: ❖ Oversee and ensure seamless integration between the back-end (built on .NET MVC) and front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js). ❖ Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and optimal performance. Project Delivery: ❖ Plan and execute project timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. ❖ Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team. Client Interaction: ❖ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations. ❖ Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions during the project lifecycle.
