The role involves engaging with prospective buyers, assessing their seriousness and financial readiness, and forwarding only the qualified leads to relationship managers or clients—thereby improving overall campaign effectiveness.
* Lead Engagement: Connect with inbound buyer inquiries received via 99acres (no cold calling).
* Qualification: Assess property requirements, budget, urgency, and readiness to buy; filter leads as per defined parameters. * Handoff: Forward qualified leads to clients or relationship managers for further action. * Data Management: Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules. * Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports on call volumes, conversion ratios, and lead quality insights. * Optimization: Share feedback and recommendations to improve targeting and campaign outcomes.
