Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager in IndiGo’s Web & Mobile team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for millions of travelers. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and optimization across IndiGo’s web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and delightful customer journeys. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Customer-Centric Development

Leverage user research, data analytics, and market insights to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.

Execution & Delivery

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring

Define KPIs and use data to measure product performance, drive decisions, and iterate on features.

Stakeholder Communication

Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Mentorship & Growth

Guide junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

6–10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in consumer-facing web and mobile platforms.Proven track record of launching successful digital products at scale.Strong understanding of UX principles, agile methodologies, and analytics tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in travel, aviation, or e-commerce domains is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
