Job Description

Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for CSA and CCA
Collaborate with Connected Communities PM leadership to align platform capabilities
Lead quarterly agile planning, sprint execution, and backlog prioritization
Drive GTM activities including launch planning, enablement, and messaging
Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and customer success teams
Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback
Ensure platform reliability, extensibility, and compliance

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

5-8 years of product management experience leading enterprise SaaS products, preferably in identity and collaboration platforms
Strong understanding of secure access, community engagement and collaboration tools for multi-enterprise collaboration
Experience with agile methodologies and quarterly release cycles
Experience with platform extensibility, APIs, and integration frameworks
Proven track record of strategic leadership and cross-org influence
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Bachelor s degree in engineering/ technology (MBA preferred)
