We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in .NET and React to drive the development of robust applications within our team.

You will lead critical projects, overseeing deployment and architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Join us to leverage your expertise and advance your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software applications using .NET Core and ReactJS
• Implement dependency injection, logging, and configuration management in applications
• Execute application publishing, deployment, and environment management tasks
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with proper error handling and validation
• Configure middleware, routing, model binding, and filters to optimize application performance
• Implement JWT authentication/authorization and ensure application security
• Write advanced LINQ queries including LINQ to SQL/XML/Entities and PLINQ
• Utilize ReactJS features such as JSX, hooks, props, state, Redux, and MobX for front-end development
• Oversee threading, task parallel library, unmanaged code, and synchronization in applications
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and advanced C# concepts effectively
• Coordinate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding and design
• Manage application lifecycle using .NET CLI commands: restore, build, publish, and run

Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Standard (8+ years)
• Proficient knowledge of dependency injection, logging, and configuration management
• Strong expertise in application publishing, deployment, and environment management
• Advanced understanding of threading, task parallel library, unmanaged code, and synchronization tools
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles and C# advanced topics
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and implementing JWT authentication/authorization
• Familiarity with ReactJS including JSX, components, hooks, state management, Redux, and MobX
• Ability to implement middleware configuration, routing, model binding, and filters
• Proficient in LINQ queries including filtering, sorting, grouping, joining, and custom extensions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments
• Leadership experience guiding development teams and projects

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services: App Services, SQL, Storage, Functions, API Management, Cosmos DB, KeyVault, App Insights
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFormation, multi-region design, VPC, and recovery strategies
• Certification in Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with NGRX/NGXS, Webpack, and Gulp
• Experience implementing health checks and static file handling
