Lead Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaign across Channel Business.
• Drive unified brand identity across all customer-facing events and activities
• Roll out multi-channel digital campaigns across focus segments . Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for optimization
• Drive market research to communicate and support to sale team about
• High-potential segments
• Untapped geographies
• Underserved customer need
• Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Integrate insights from VOCs and regional performance into communication
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for all marketing activities
  

Job Specifications:

• Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience of Engineering Goods/Services Marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in on- ground and digital marketing
  

Critical Competencies of Job:

• Hands on experience in running digital campaigns with performance optimization in B2B
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and AI is an advantage
