Lead Marketing

As a Lead-Marketing at Watches & Wearables-Marketing department in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and management of the product portfolio of the appropriate brand. You will define the positioning of the brand with the target customers and develop a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and value among the target customers. Your key contributions will include providing inputs in the development of mid to long-term marketing strategy, reviewing and approving the annual operating budget, leading new product development, managing pricing and inventory for new products, and finalizing the go-to-market strategy for new products. You will also be responsible for optimizing the product portfolio based on performance analysis, developing branding and digital marketing plans, and monitoring the performance of branding initiatives. In addition, you will be required to lead diverse teams, identify training needs, review team performance, provide growth opportunities, and ensure timely recruitment to fill vacant positions. The ideal candidate for this role should have an MBA from a premier college, preferably in marketing, with 12-15 years of experience in marketing, product management, and communications within a similar industry.
