Lead Marketing

You will be responsible for strategizing and planning products and priority markets for the Annual Marketing plan. This includes identifying new opportunities for lead generation in the focused sectors and different verticals using the inside sales team. Market research will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to identify research topics based on group company-specific market insights and collaborate with the product management team. Furthermore, working closely with the central marketing team to carry out market research activities will be essential. Collaborating with the sales team to finalize products and focused territories for campaign planning and execution is crucial. You will also need to coordinate with the product management team to ensure the successful launch of new products. Aligning campaigns with integrated marketing efforts that are in line with company objectives will be part of your responsibilities. You will be involved in coordinating with the Exhibitions team/Agents to ensure the smooth execution of exhibitions as part of the company's objectives. Additionally, coordinating and conducting effective seminars, webinars, and trainings to showcase ACGE expertise will be required to meet the organization's outlook. Developing and maintaining collaterals, giveaways, and sales tools such as sales kits and product presentations will fall under your purview. You will also be responsible for preparing the Annual Marketing plan with a detailed budget for all marketing activities and executing the plans within the assigned budget for the Business Units. Collaboration with internal stakeholders for generating product-specific content as per the central marketing team's guidelines for media, digital, and events will be an integral part of your role.,
