Job Description

As a Lead Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and driving the marketing activities of the organization. Your role will involve leveraging in-house talent and utilizing outsourced channels to execute marketing strategies effectively. You should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for utilizing both conventional and digital platforms to achieve marketing objectives. Collaboration with different teams is essential to maintain consistency across all marketing channels. Additionally, you are expected to provide forward-thinking ideas to enhance the company's web presence and drive all marketing efforts towards meeting business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute conventional and digital marketing roadmap - Manage all marketing channels (e.g., conventional channels, website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency - Implement ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing Strategies - Measure ROI and KPIs, and prepare budget plans - Develop specific campaigns to drive customer interaction - Oversee social media accounts - Enhance online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics - Forecast sales performance trends and take proactive measures to increase market segment - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales Heads to enhance client satisfaction through cohesive strategies - Motivate teams to achieve organizational marketing goals - Monitor competition and provide innovative ideas for differentiation - Stay updated with market developments **Qualification Required:** - Proven work experience as a Marketing Professional - Demonstrable success in designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns using conventional methods and digital platforms - Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels - Proficiency in online marketing tools and best practices - Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software - Familiarity with web design - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills If you are interested in this position, you should possess a qualification such as an MBA in Marketing or relevant academics with certifications in Marketing.
