The Sales Manager we are seeking will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue generation. The responsibilities may vary depending on the job profile, with professionals categorized into B2C (Business-to-Customers) and B2B (Business-to-Business) segments. Those in B2C will focus on direct sales to individual customers, while those in B2B will handle large-scale sales to other businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities. - Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. - Negotiating contracts with potential clients. - Delivering compelling sales presentations to a diverse client base. - Understanding and effectively promoting the company's offerings. - Conducting client visits to assess needs and promote products/services. - Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability. - Driving Asset Under Management (AUM) growth through selling unlisted shares and Algo trading solutions. - Establishing and managing a network of indirect sales teams to drive revenue generation. - Cultivating strong client relationships while maintaining deep product knowledge. - Demonstrating a passion for sales with a proven track record in selling high-tech financial products and solutions. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree completion is mandatory. - Profound understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients. - Immediate availability for joining our team.
