We are Looking for Lead / Manager Onsite : Oman Location Duration : Short term - 6 months - extendable Base location : Mumbai / Chennai JD This is a combination of business and technical skills; understanding of the banking and finance domain is an essential requirement for this role. The responsibilities including handling projects, CR and support of test system specifically for Debit card System, ATM, Statement Printer, Kiosk Machine, Instance issuance and other connected systems running under Payment system domain. Resource working on Postilion switch includes but not limited to carry out end-to-end implementation and configuration of postilion application including all the sub modules, Postilion office, postcard Portal, Instance Issuance Kiosk machine, Instant card issuance and other locally deployed modules. Responsibility a. Handling of Projects, CRs and support production fixes on test system, maintain test system w.r.t payment system compliance changes and etc. for Debit card system. b. Undertake technical evaluations of existing and new initiatives pertaining to Debit cards and ATM Acquiring to ensure it addresses the bank's requirements without impacting system performance and put forward comprehensive recommendations c. Perform requirement configurations and developments on debit card application on Postilion Switch. d. Provide requirement support for regression testing, implementation Support and also perform technical certifications with Visa/MasterCard & CBO wherever applicable. e. Act as a Technical lead for Assigned projects. f. Participate and contribute to the projects, CRs and provide analysis and recommendations for best possible design and implementation approach. g. Support Performance testing, ISO testing and other internal / external testing for the debit card system including ATM acquiring. h. Participate in business requirements and design phase of Projects and CRs. i. Resource should have hands-on experience on Postilion Application. j. Resource should able to perform configurational changes in Postillon application and provide required support for running projects which have direct / indirect impact on Postilion application. K.Establish and maintain operational procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). L.Oversee project's incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes. M. Coordinate with various stakeholders including development teams, vendors, and business units for system upgrades and maintenance. 2 . Incident and Problem Management : a. Act as the escalation point for payment system incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented. b. Develop and maintain root cause analysis to ensure swift resolution and minimal business impact on projects and CRs. c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. d. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of IT systems, processes, and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. 3. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: a. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. b. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Project managers, IT operations, and business units, to align support activities with organizational goals. c. Provide regular updates to senior management on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. 4. Audit & Compliance Management a. Oversee the preparation and execution of internal and external audit processes. b. Ensure compliance with payment industry standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and relevant banking regulations. c. Maintain documentation of all system controls, procedures, and compliance requirements. d. Coordinate responses to audit findings and implement necessary remediation measures. Show more Show less
