About the Role:

  • Manage, track, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas of improvement.
  • Develop and implement lead management strategies for better pipeline efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and performance insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in lead management, inside sales, or CRM operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
