In-Office Pune, Maharashtra, India As a Lead Software Engineer, you serve as a technical authority, providing comprehensive leadership and guiding critical decisions across our program and its technology and product partners. You act as a pathfinder, collaborating across organizational boundaries with architects, product managers, analysts, managers, and engineers to develop creative solutions for evolving our growing platform. As an enabler, you take a hands-on approach—experimenting, building, and mentoring engineering teams to successfully implement and deliver these solutions into production.Role:Acts as a technical team leader and individual contributor, devoting a substantial portion of their time to hands-on work. Recognized as a subject matter expert and authority in their field, they promote innovation and propel organizational growth through their impactful contributionsLead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that span multiple services and programs, collaborating with business and product owners, engineers, and architects to design and implement new services that enable the introduction of innovative products and bundlesResponsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutionsDefines requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes and best practicesLeverages input of partners and personal experience to make thoughtful decisions on technical directionExplain technical issues and solution strategies to stakeholders, ensure timely accomplishment of technical designs and delivery milestones and liaise with stakeholders to understand business needsAs part of the development team, your role will focus on creating and maintaining the application across the whole lifecycle.All About YouDevelop applications using Java/J2EE technologies.Excellent communication skills with Agile knowledge.Development of Java based applications using Springboot, React and Micro-Services architectureWorking knowledge of PCF or any other similar cloud environment.Ability to independently work on both UI and backend layers as a Full Stack Developer.Knowledge of advanced authentication techniques for web-based platforms.Expertise in developing Web Services and APIs using REST/XML/JSON.Ability to build middleware services that efficiently interface the UI with backend infrastructure.Advanced skills in front-end technologies including React, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Innovation-driven mindset with the ability to develop new approaches to complex design challenges.Experience with various architectural patterns, including high-performance, high-availability transaction processing systems and multi-tiered web applications.Hands-on experience integrating vendor and open-source products into a cohesive system.Self-motivated individual with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
