Purpose/Objective

Establish an intelligence network across the organization to gather strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence related to business operations and assets. Analyze this intelligence using analytical concepts and techniques to draw insights of strategic and operational importance.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles and Responsibilities Open Source Intelligence Management- Monitor union activity via social media - Track local newspapers for relevant news - Monitor social media for threats to business interests - Track social media maligning the business image Develop Intelligence Network- Build sources for financial crime intelligence - Foster relationships with business units to detect fraud - Develop sources in nearby villages and unions - Liaise with local police for complaints and crisis support Intelligence Management- Gather proactive intelligence to prevent crimes or union disruptions - Maintain a register of gathered information - Analyze and disseminate intelligence to management - Analyze worker data based on religion/region Reports and Dossier- Create dossiers on unions, local leaders, and anti-organization individuals - Maintain village profiles and records of antisocial elements - Share relevant news with management - Investigate frauds and maintain criminal case records - Prepare monthly crime data reports I&V Fund Monitoring- Provide stipends and gifts to informers Liaison with Government Agencies- Liaise with Police, Central IB, State IB, and Coast Guard Data Analysis- Analyze system data for gaps and manipulations Key Interactions Internal- Site security teams - Legal team External- Police administration - External auditors - IB and Coast Guard Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Information Collection: Number and accuracy of inputs - Audit/System Analysis: Number of findings and resolution rate - I&V Cases and Investigation: Number of theft/fraud cases caught - I&V Management: Number of informers in various areas - People Management: Number of trainings and created sources

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree - Preferred: Higher degree, CPP/CFE/Industrial Security certifications Experience- 10+ years in Security, 5+ years in I&V - Local language proficiency preferred - Experience in investigation and legal actions - IT tools and cross-functional policy knowledge - Legal knowledge advantageous
