1.Risk Assessment: Conduct data security and privacy protection risk assessments for business, provide improvement suggestions, and guide the business team in implementing corrective measures.
2.Policy & Process: Improve the policies and process of data security and privacy protection, integrate compliance requirements into business processes, and ensure continuous and effective implementation.
3.Case Study: Interpret and analyse Indian data security and privacy protection laws, regulations, enforcement cases, and conduct special research. Collect the latest industry and regulatory dynamics to promote business departments to meet compliance requirements.
4.Tool Optimization: Promote the capabilities of data security and privacy protection tools, collect and propose optimization requirements, follow up on closed-loop solutions, and enhance the efficiency of compliance support.
5.Training & Communication: Conduct data security and privacy protection training and be responsible for coordinating and handling data subject rights exercise requests.
