Pre Sales- Emerging Business

Requirements and Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting in any of the following domains:
• Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.)
• Servers & Storage (Dell EMC, HPE, Lenovo, NetApp, QNAP, etc.)
• Surveillance Systems (Sparsh, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis, Milestone, Honeywell, CP Plus, etc.)
• Knowledge of system integration and interoperability between IT and surveillance platforms.
• Understanding of network architecture, bandwidth planning, server/storage sizing, and VMS design.
• Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
• Proficient in interacting with OEMs for solution validation and pricing.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site surveys, and technical workshops.

• Engage with partners and customers to understand their requirements across IT infrastructure and surveillance.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions
• Create and validate Bill of Materials (BoM) and solution architecture with OEMs and distributors.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution walk-throughs, and PoCs (Proof of Concepts).
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and OEM offerings in IT infrastructure and surveillance.
• Coordinate with implementation teams for technical handovers and ensure solution integrity.
• Provide solution training to internal teams, partners, and end customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, or related).
• Knowledge of video analytics, AI-based surveillance, or cloud-managed security is a plus.
• Experience working on projects for BFSI, Manufacturing, Government, or Critical Infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
