You will be responsible for designing and implementing QA frameworks, processes, and tools, while also being hands-on with testing efforts. Tooling & Automation: Utilize Zephyr Enterprise for manual test management and Katalon for automated testing. Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the QA point of contact for developers, product owners, and leadership. Communicate risks, test results, and quality metrics clearly and effectively. Proven experience setting up QA processes and frameworks in a startup or greenfield environment. Strong knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Insomnia). Experience with Zephyr Enterprise and Katalon Studio. Familiarity with SDKs, JWT, and Iframes. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation strategies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Developer mindset or prior experience in software development is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
