Job Title: Lead I – Product Management / Technical Product Owner (EAPL)

About The Role

As a

Lead – Product Management / Technical Product Owner

, you will drive the strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of cloud-based product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, migration, and client success to enhance product value, ensure smooth client migration to cloud environments, and optimize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Prioritization & Definition
Contribute to product backlog prioritization and definition of current product offerings.
Analyze product trade-offs and value propositions to guide development decisions.
Support development teams in defining clear business and technical requirements.
Product Strategy & Planning
Participate in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with cloud strategy.
Collaborate with Product Delivery Value Stream teams to define cloud migration plans and strategic initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to influence product direction.
Product Delivery & Launch
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prepare and support product releases, ensuring seamless deployment and post-release monitoring.
Partner with engineering and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Migration & Portfolio Management
Collaborate with client migration teams to monitor product adoption and usage in cloud environments.
Collect, analyze, and interpret migration data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
Support portfolio rationalization and ensure alignment with organizational cloud transformation goals.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and customer teams.
Present data-driven insights, product metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
Foster strong partnerships to enhance customer experience and product success.

Key Skills & Competencies

Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence strategic decisions.
Execution Excellence: Proven track record in prioritizing and delivering multiple initiatives within tight deadlines.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to delivering measurable value.
Industry Awareness: Understanding of technology, financial services, and data analytics trends.
Technical Product Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, Big Data, and Cloud-based product ecosystems.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and Product Management practices.
Exposure to Big Data and API-driven solution development.
Experience with Cloud Platforms – preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with Aha!, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), or similar product management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics domains.
Certification in Agile / Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO) or related product management credentials.
