Job Title: Technical Product Owner
Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore
Exp – 7 to 10yrs

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of delivering innovative product features that meet both business and technical needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author clear and concise requirements and user stories for product features by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business and market needs are met.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude—experience or background in programming and/or UX design is highly desirable.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies (such as SAFe) to drive and deliver high-quality product releases.
• Provide week-to-week tactical objectives to the scrum team and offer timely, just-in-time (JIT) decisions on system-level questions and defect triage.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features for upcoming sprints, drive backlog grooming, and facilitate acceptance testing and iteration delivery.
• Collaborate with third-party system integrators to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Lead beta and pilot programs to validate early-stage features and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Act as the voice of the product at system demos, sales calls, industry conferences, and forums.
• Validate and sign off on major design changes, epics, and user stories.
• Partner closely with product management, application architects, and development managers to align on product vision, release plans, and program backlogs.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify new opportunities and compare competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with technical writers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality product documentation and delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
• Proven experience in Agile development, particularly Scrum.
• Strong ability to influence and lead product development efforts from a technical standpoint.
• Certification or experience in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
• Background in software development or UX design.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
