Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for identifying and cultivating potential customers, building relationships, and creating a robust sales pipeline to support our sales team in achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential prospects and target audiences through daily field visits.
• Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media to introduce our products/services and build initial rapport.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline) to determine their potential and readiness for a sales engagement.
• CRM Management: Accurately record all lead generation activities, update lead statuses, and manage prospect data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in a lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-literate with the ability to analyze metrics and glean insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
