Role Description This is a full-time on-site Lead Generator role located in Pune. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing sales opportunities, and maintaining a database of prospects. The role involves conducting market research, cold-calling, and building relationships with clients to understand their needs. Additionally, the selected individual will work to analyze leads and capture critical information to support the sales team in achieving their goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective client relationships. Proven ability in cold-calling, lead generation, and market research for sales prospecting. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and database management. Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of sales strategies and ability to align them with company goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation roles is an advantage.
