Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and qualifying international businesses, especially from the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, that outsource web and mobile app development projects. This role is crucial to building a healthy pipeline of prospects for our digital services company. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify companies in outsourcing markets (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) looking for web or mobile development partners Develop and manage a lead database using LinkedIn, email tools, B2B platforms, and other sources Initiate cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with key decision-makers (CTOs, Founders, Product Managers, etc.) Qualify prospects based on budget, tech needs, and outsourcing readiness Run personalized outreach campaigns and nurture leads until handoff to the sales team Stay informed on outsourcing trends and maintain knowledge of competitor activity Assist with outreach content (emails, messages, follow-ups) and proposal preparation Provide timely reports and insights to the management team Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Prior experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter/, , or similar Experience working with CRMs and maintaining lead databases Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven Comfortable working independently Experience with Western or international markets preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services or SaaS industry Nice to Have: Clutch, AngelList, or B2B marketplaces Understanding of web and mobile development technologies and sales cycles Knowledge of outsourcing industry challenges and selling points Show more Show less
