B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across industries for data, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML solutions.
• Use tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo

  , and similar platforms to drive high-quality lead generation.
• Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, technical alignment, and readiness to engage—then schedule discovery calls with the sales team.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database in

  CRM systems

• Partner with the marketing team to fine-tune outreach messaging, campaigns, and content strategies.
• Monitor KPIs including

  lead conversion rates

• Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging developments in

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years

  of proven B2B lead generation experience in the

  technology sector

  , with a focus on

  Data Management, Business Intelligence, Cloud, or AI

  solutions.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with

  CRM and sales engagement platforms

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for building rapport across cultures.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
