Role Description:-

LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn through outreach strategies.
• Develop and implement LinkedIn prospecting campaigns to engage target audiences.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to streamline lead generation.
• Send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, and messages to nurture leads.
• Build relationships and engage with decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
• Track and analyze lead conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transfer warm leads and close deals.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn’s best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in LinkedIn sales, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to write engaging and professional LinkedIn messages.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
